Nvidia is officially relaunching its “unlaunched” 12GB RTX 4080 graphics card as the RTX 4070 Ti. Priced at $799 and available on January 5th, the RTX 4070 Ti looks set to take on AMD’s $899 pricing for its Radeon RX 7900 XT.
The company reportedly briefly disclosed the RTX 4070 Ti GPU’s technical details on its website. However, a Twitter user was able to obtain a screenshot of the details before it was deleted by the company.

This is thanks to support for DLSS 3, which includes deep-learning frame generation technology to create additional frames in supported games without using traditional rendering.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is set to be available later this week, on January 5th. interestingly, Nvidia is opting not to launch a Founders Edition version of the card, so it will only be available from board partners.
The 12GB RTX 4080 was set to launch at $899, but the rebranded RTX 4070 Ti will cost $799 only as the company decreased the $100 on it, and it will be available to buy from January 5 onwards.
