The SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test will consist of the following criteria: SSC GD Male Running Time- 5 km in 25 minutes & For Ladakh region- 1 Mile in 6 and a half minutes. SSC GD Female Running Time-1.6 km in 8 1/2 minutes & for Ladakh region- 800m in 4 minutes.
